CrossFit consists of constantly varied functional movements performed at a high intensity. You will be participating in group classes where these movements will reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. This class is for any fitness level, as workouts can be modified both in weight and intensity. All of our group classes are instructed by a certified coach who will guide you every step of the way. CrossFit classes take place six days a week, and our unlimited membership is $135/month.
New to CrossFit? If the answer is yes, then this class is for you. We will take you through a series of classes to learn & assess your movement, and get you up to speed on everything that CrossFit entails. After the completion of these classes, you can join in any CrossFit class that we offer. The foundations course is $100.
This class isn't for everyone. It is an advanced class for the competitive CrossFitter (or those who aspire to be), and it requires certain skills and time commitments. This class is held three times per week on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.* Comp train class is $115/month.
This class in endurance focused and centered around increasing your aerobic capacity. There is no barbell or weights associated with these workouts. Majority of the work is completed on Assault runners, bikes, and rowers. Chris Hinshaw’s Aerobic Capacity programming will be implemented. This class is held 3 times per week, and is $100 per month.
