CROSSFIT UNLIMITED GIVES YOU ACCESS TO CLASSES 6 DAYS PER WEEK + SPECIALTY CLASSES.
 


THIS OPTION GIVES YOU ACCESS TO CLASSES 3X PER WEEk, CROSSFIT ONLY. ANY ADDITIONAL SPECIALTY CLASSES YOU’D LIKE TO ATTEND WOULD BE SUBJECT TO A DROP-IN FEE.

 


ENDURE IS HELD 3 TIMES PER WEEK, AND IS FOCUSED On ENDURANCE & aerobic capacity. THe workouts do not feature a barbell & are performed primarily on assault runners, bikes, and rowers.


comp training is an advanced class for the experienced crossfitter. athletes in this class are typically competitive crossfitters, or striving to be. be prepared to work!
