We offer classes for every fitness level, and each class is capped at 12 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. Just RSVP to reserve your spot and show up a few minutes before class time to get settled. We can’t wait to meet you!

CrossFit consists of constantly varied functional movements performed at a high intensity. You will be participating in group classes where these movements will reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. This class is for any fitness level, as workouts can be modified both in weight and intensity. All of our group classes are taught by a certified coach who will guide you every step of the way. CrossFit classes take place 6 days a week. Military & First Responder discounts available.

New to CrossFit? If the answer is yes, then this class is for you. We will take you through a series of classes to learn & assess your movement, and get you up to speed on everything that CrossFit entails. After the completion of these classes, you can join in any CrossFit class that we offer.

24 Hour Access

All Day, Every Day.


Class times don’t work for you? Want to get in another workout on your own time? Not really into group classes? We have the perfect solution. Our facility is open 24 hours per day. This option is offered as a add-on to your current membership option or at a standalone rate.

Competition Training

This class isn’t for everyone. It is an advanced class for the competitive CrossFitter (or those who aspire to be), and it requires a certain skill set and time commitment. This class will be held three days per week (TBD). You do not have to be a member at CrossFit Unorthodox to participate in this class.

 

Endure

Program available daily.
Included in unlimited membership.


This program is endurance focused and centered around increasing your aerobic capacity. There is no barbell or weights associated with these workouts. Majority of the work is completed on Assault runners, bikes and rowers. Chris Hinshaw’s Aerobic Capacity programming is also implemented.

Weightlifting

Program available daily.
Coaching available on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Looking for a great weightlifting program? Looking to learn the basics, or nail down your technique? We can help! Come in for coach led classes a couple days a week or come in to work on your own every day. The choice is yours.
